Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lilac Market Headbands, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, headbands must be returned in their original, unwashed condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn headbands back in their original clear packaging and secure them in a standard mailing envelope.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
